All members MUST confirm their availability by MIDNIGHT on WEDNESDAY.

(1) We appreciate that many players travel from work to attend evening training sessions and that arriving on time for the 6pm start time is difficult. We would however encourage players to still attend and get to training when you can. If you do arrive after the session has started we do ask that you take responsibility for your own warm-up before you join in.

NOTES:
Please note Thursday sessions are intended as preparatory sessions for BBF games on the subsequent Sunday. All members involved with the BBF game on a Sunday are strongly encouraged to attend these Thursday sessions.

For the avoidance of injuries players should wear cleats on the field while participating in training. Please note, cleats are not to be worn in the car park, or on the footpath leading to/from the field.

Please ensure you bring plenty of liquid to keep yourself hydrated and food to keep your energy levels up.

Please bring and apply suitable sunscreen.

Players are also strongly recommended to bring and apply insect (particularly mosquito) repellent.

Should you wish to bring a friend or someone new along with you to training please could you ask them to complete the online new player form below before attending. Please note, for all new players the first 4 outdoor training sessions are free and £5 per session thereafter:

While no longer explicitly required we would ask that all Mariners do their best to follow these guidelines:

Maintain 2m social distancing at all times.
Use your own equipment as much as possible i.e., fielding glove, bat, batting gloves, helmet etc.
Please bring and use your own hand sanitiser after each activity where you handle a ball.
Please avoid any unnecessary physical contact with other participants.
Please avoid licking your fingers and generally touching your face.
